肝素结合蛋白分子特性及其与感染性疾病关系研究进展 被引量:8

Molecular features of heparin-binding protein and its relationship with infectious diseases

摘要 肝素结合蛋白在抗菌、促进炎性反应及调节内皮细胞通透性中发挥重要作用,对感染和脓毒症的早期诊断有重要意义。肝素结合蛋白既是单核细胞的化学引诱剂,也可诱导血管渗漏和水肿形成,其被释放后发挥抗菌特性并对免疫系统产生影响,对早期感染性疾病的诊断具有一定价值。本文就肝素结合蛋白特性及其与感染性疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。 Heparin-binding protein(HBP) plays an important role in antibiosis, promoting inflammatory response and regulating endothelial cell permeability, and has an important clinical significance for the early diagnosis of infection and sepsis. Being a chemical inducer of monocytes, HBP also can induce vascular leakage and edema formation. After release, HBP exerts antibacterial properties and has significant subsequent effects on the immune system, which has a certain predictive value to the early diagnosis of infectious diseases. This paper reviews the research progress of the features of HBP and its relationship with infectious diseases.
