摘要
在1+X证书制度试点过程中,通过学历证书培养学生可持续发展能力,通过职业技能等级证书强化学生就业创业本领,不断落实职业院校立德树人根本任务,深化产教融合与校企合作。文章依托“云计算平台运维与开发”1+X职业技能等级证书,通过构建多元产教融合育人平台、重构学分制课程体系、打造双师型师资队伍等举措,推进“1”和“X”的有机衔接,不断提高学生就业完成率和专业对口率,对专业群人才培养改革和优质校建设均具有重要意义。
In the process of implementing 1+x certificate system,we have found that students’sustainable devel⁃opment ability is cultivated by strengthening academic certificates,students’employment and entrepreneurial skills are intensified by training of vocational skill certificates,the fundamental task of moral education in vocational colleges is continuously implemented,and the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is deep⁃ened.The paper discusses how to promote further connection between“1”and“x”by training of 1+x professional certificates of different levels on“cloud computing platform operation and development”to improve vocational college students’employment completion rate and major matching rate,which is of great significance for the reform of training professional group talents and the high quality school construction.
