超声辅助水酶法提取黄秋葵籽油的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高黄秋葵籽油的提取率,采用超声波辅助水酶法提取黄秋葵籽油,通过单因素试验和正交试验对超声波预处理条件、酶解条件进行优化。结果表明:超声波预处理条件为料液比1∶7(g/mL)、超声时间35 min、超声功率70%(总功率为500 W)、超声温度45℃,在此条件下黄秋葵籽油提取率为46.46%;最佳酶解条件为加酶量2.0%、酶解时间4 h、酶解pH 7.0,在此条件下黄秋葵籽油提取率为49.98%。 In order to improve the extraction rate of okra seed oil by ultrasound-assisted aqueous enzymatic extraction,we adopted the single-factor experiment and orthogonal test to optimize the conditions for ultrasonic pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis.The results showed that the optimal ultrasonic pretreatment conditions were material-to-liquid ratio of 1∶7(g/mL),sonication for 35 min,ultrasonic power of 70%(total power 500 W),and ultrasonic temperature of 45℃.Under such conditions,the yield of okra seed oil was up to 46.46%.The optimum conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis are as follows:enzyme dosage of 2.0%,hydrolysis for 4 h,and pH7.0.Under the optimum hydrolysis conditions,the yield of okra seed oil was 49.98%.
