高校—政府—社区伙伴协作:双师型文科教师培养的有效路径

摘要 文科应用型人才的培养有赖于双师型文科教师素质的整体提高。整合社区的实践优势和文科教师的专业优势,建立高校-政府-社区(U-G-C)伙伴协作关系是培养双师型文科教师的有效路径。目前,U-G-C伙伴协作过程中面临着决策参与机制不健全、沟通机制不顺畅、激励机制不到位和资源共享机制不充分等困境。突破这些困境,构建U-G-C伙伴协作的长效机制,需要树立共同体发展思维、完善制度化保障机制、健全优势资源共享机制和网络化信息交流机制。 The cultivation of applied talents of liberal arts depends on improvement of double-quality of the liberal arts teachers.Integrating practical needs of the community with professional advantages of liberal arts teachers,establishing the partnership among universities、government and communities is an effective way to cultivate double-quality of liberal arts teachers.But at present,in the process of U-G-C partnership,there are still some difficulties,such as imperfect decision participation mechanism,not smooth communication mechanism,inadequate incentive mechanism and resource sharing mechanism.To break through these difficulties,the long-term mechanism of U-G-C partnership should be constructed,including setting up the thinking of community development,perfecting the institutionalized guarantee mechanism,perfecting the superior resource sharing mechanism and the network information exchange mechanism.
