摘要
本文阐述了纺织印染行业的各个工艺流程中产生的污水水质特点及水量大小,并且对各种污水治理工艺进行了分析比较,强调要综合考虑工业生产与污水处理。首先,要加强生产技术管理,控制污染源,并尽可能地提取或回收污水中的有用物质,使“三废”资源化,并根据水质特点采用清浊分流,重点治理印染行业废水集中处理排放等综合治理工艺流程。本文还对当前存在的pH值、色度、COD等问题进行了探讨并提出了治理工艺。
This paper expounds the quality characteristics and water quantity of sewage produced in various technological processes of textile printing and dyeing industry,and analyzes and compares various sewage treatment processes,it is emphasized that comprehensive consideration should be given to industrial production and sewage treatment.First of all,it is necessary to strengthen the management of production technology,control pollution sources,and extract or recover as much as possible the useful substances in sewage,so as to make the“Three Wastes”resources,and according to the characteristics of water quality,adopt the method of turbidity removal and diversion,key treatment and printing and dyeing industry wastewater centralized treatment and other comprehensive treatment process.The current problems of pH value,chromaticity and COD are also discussed and the treatment process is put forward.
