摘要
开展飞灰连续在线快速检测、针对性药剂配比调整等飞灰稳定化固化处理的系统性研究,并进行工程化应用。结合生产工艺系统开展飞灰重金属的激光诱导等离子体光谱(LIBS)检测技术研究,研发重金属同步定量分析核心算法模块和软件平台,开发在线监测系统。构建飞灰重金属含量等关键参数与药剂添加之间的逻辑关系,开发药剂添加智能化控制系统,确保飞灰处理后100%达标,并降低飞灰处理成本。
A systematic study on fly ash stabilization and solidification treatment,such as continuous on-line rapid detection and the adjustment of the proportion of chemicals directely,has been carried out and applied in engineering.Based on the production process system,the research on the Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy detection technology of fly ash heavy metals is carried out,the core algorithm module and software platform of quantitative analysis are developed,and the on-line monitoring system is developed.The logical relationship between the content of heavy metals in fly ash and the chemical additive was established,and the intelligent control system of chemical additive was developed to ensure 100% standard of fly ash after treatment and reduce the cost of fly ash treatment.
