预蒸馏加流动注射法测定废水中挥发酚的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 流动注射法测定挥发酚方法在分析复杂成分的工业废水时往往存在仪器管路易堵塞,结果易受干扰等缺陷。而4-氨基安替比林萃取分光光度法的提纯效果对实验结果影响大,且三氯甲烷对人体有一定的危害性。为提高废水中挥发酚的测定效率,本文验证了预蒸馏加流动注射法测定废水中挥发酚的可行性。将预蒸馏加流动注射法与流动注射法测定挥发酚的检出限、精密度、准确度进行对比,得出两种方法在检出限、精密度与准确度上均没有明显差异。分别使用预蒸馏加流动注射法和4-氨基安替比林分光光度法对含挥发酚的较复杂成分的工业废水进行测定,两种方法的测定结果相对偏差在10%以内,测定结果无显著差异。实验结果表明,采用预蒸馏加流动注射法测定工业废水中的挥发酚能够在满足实验精度要求的同时提高工作效率并降低仪器损耗,值得作为一种分析方法加以推广。 The flow injection method for the determination of volatile phenol often has the defects of instrument tube blockage and easy interference in the analysis of complex industrial wastewater.The purification effect of 4-aminoantipyrine extraction spectrophotometry has a great impact on the experimental results,and chloroform is harmful to human body.In order to improve the determination efficiency of volatile phenol in wastewater,the feasibility of pre distillation plus flow injection method for the determination of volatile phenol in wastewater was verified in this paper.The detection limit,precision and accuracy of volatile phenol determined by pre distillation plus flow injection method and flow injection method were compared.It was concluded that there was no significant difference in detection limit,precision and accuracy between the two methods.Pre distillation plus flow injection method and 4-aminoantipyrine spectrophotometry were used to determine the industrial wastewater containing volatile phenol.The relative deviation of the two methods was less than 10%,and there was no significant difference.The experimental results show that the determination of volatile phenol in industrial wastewater by pre distillation and flow injection method can meet the requirements of experimental accuracy,improve work efficiency and reduce instrument loss.It is worth popularizing as an analytical method.
