土壤污染防治的难点与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Soil Pollution Prevention and Control

近年来,随着我国城镇化和工业化进程的深入推进,环境污染问题日益突出,尤其是土壤污染问题,而土壤污染防治的关键在于预防。在推动国家整体经济发展的过程中,要将土壤污染防治“先污染后治理”的观念转变为“谁污染谁治理”,并且不能以牺牲自然环境为代价。虽然我国出台了一系列政策促进绿色理念的可持续发展,但土壤污染防治的难点仍比较突出,这对于人们的正常生活以及国家的整体发展都有一定的影响。基于此,本文对土壤污染防治的难点与对策进行了探究。

In recent years,with the deepening of China’s urbanization and industrialization,environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent,especially soil pollution,and the key to soil pollution prevention is prevention.In the process of promoting the overall economic development of the country,“the concept of pollution first,treatment later”should be changed to“whoever pollutes,treatment”,and not at the cost of the natural environment.Although China has issued a series of policies to promote the sustainable development of green concept,the difficulties of soil pollution prevention and control are still quite prominent,which has a certain impact on people’s normal life and the overall development of the country.Based on this,this paper probes into the difficulties and countermeasures of soil pollution prevention and control.
