在我国社会经济快速发展的背景下,产业结构逐渐转型升级,在对以往粗放型经济发展模式进行优化和改善的同时,也加大了对生态环境建设的重视力度,尤其是对水资源保护利用的重视。因此,在实际工作中,一定要明确生态环境建设与水资源保护利用之间的关系,实现生态环境建设与水资源利用保护的协调性发展,从而促进人类社会的可持续发展。本文主要对生态环境建设和水资源保护利用的相关问题进行了全面性阐述,旨在进一步提高生态环境建设效果,并加大水资源保护利用的力度,以此推动经济建设与生态环境建设、水资源利用保护的和谐发展,有效提高水资源的利用率。
