Research on Fraud in Automatic Monitoring of Pollution Sources

污染源自动监控主要由流量监测单元、自动采样单元、自动监测仪器、数据控制单元以及相应的建筑设施构成,是污染防治设施的组成部分。本文对污染源自动监控弄虚作假问题的背景、常见弄虚作假的方式、检查要点及建议进行探究,以期为加强污染源自动监控弄虚作假行为的查处提供绵薄之力。

The automatic monitoring of pollution sources is mainly composed of flow monitoring unit,automatic sampling unit,automatic monitoring instrument,data control unit and corresponding building facilities.It is an integral part of pollution prevention and control facilities.In this paper,the background,common methods,inspection points and suggestions of fraud in automatic monitoring of pollution sources are discussed,so as to provide a modest force for strengthening the investigation and punishment of fraud in automatic monitoring of pollution sources.
