摘要
为研究波形板干燥器临界流速冷态与热态之间的转换关系,本文通过对液膜破裂进行理论建模分析,得到波形板干燥器临界流速冷热态转换关系因子。搭建了波形板干燥器分离性能研究台架,对本文所提出的转换关系因子以及现有的2个转换关系因子进行对比验证。研究结果表明:对液膜破裂现象进行分析得到的冷热态临界速度换算因子γ更能准确描述冷态与热态之间的转化关系,对液膜破裂分析所建立的冷热态转化模型相较于通过液滴破裂分析所建立的转化模型更能准确对临界流速进行预测。
To study the conversion relationship between the cold and hot states of the critical velocity of a corrugated plate dryer,a theoretical modeling analysis of liquid film rupture is performed.This analysis obtained the conversion relationship factor of the cold and hot states of the critical velocity of the corrugated plate dryer.In this paper,the proposed conversion relationship factor and two existing conversion relationship factors are compared and verified by building a corrugated plate dryer separation performance research bench.Results show that the cold and hot state critical velocity conversion factorγobtained by analyzing liquid film rupture can more accurately describe the conversion relationship between the cold and hot states,and the cold and hot transformation model established by liquid film rupture analysis can predict the critical velocity more accurately than that established by droplet rupture analysis.
