摘要 为解决天然气发动机作为船舶主机时动态特性差以及低负荷性能差等问题,本文在电机快速响应优势上提出基于逻辑门限算法的动态协调切换控制策略。针对天然气发动机低负荷和电池最佳工作区间进行分析得到工作模式的切换条件,建立适合于船舶并联气电混合动力的切换控制策略;由于2种动力源的动态响应不同,加入动态协调算法来提升切换控制策略的性能。结果表明:动态协调算法可使天然气发动机稳定时间维持在3 s内,通过天然气发动机转速变化率和转速稳定时间验证了所提策略的可靠性和有效性。 In order to solve the problems of poor dynamic characteristics and poor low load performance of a natural gas engine being used as the main engine of a ship,a dynamic coordinated switching control strategy based on logic threshold algorithm is proposed in this paper by referring to the advantage of the quick motor response.The switching conditions of the working mode are obtained by analyzing the low load of the natural gas engine and the best working range of the battery.A switching control strategy that is suitable for ships with a parallel gas-electric hybrid power system is then established.The performance of the switching control strategy is enhanced by incorporating a dynamic coordination algorithm based on the different dynamic responses of the two power sources.Results show that the dynamic coordination algorithm can maintain the stability of the natural gas engine within 3 s.The reliability and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified by the natural gas engine speed change rate and speed stabilization time.
