应用锥形束CT在埋伏牙定位及临床治疗中指导价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的 分析锥形束CT在埋伏牙定位及临床治疗中指导价值。方法 回顾分析,收集本院2016年6月至2017年8月收治的37例埋伏牙患者的临床资料作为研究对象,所有患者均在锥形束CT检,使用其检查结果指导手术方案制定进行治疗。观察患者所得图像,了解患者埋伏牙牙冠位置、形态影像表现以及术中符合度。结果 37例埋伏牙患者中,患牙为48颗,其中27例为下颌埋伏阻生智齿牙(31颗),10例为埋伏牙(17颗);锥形束CT检查结果与术中符合率为97.91%,根尖片为81.25%(P<0.05)。所有患者手术顺利。结论 锥形束CT在埋伏牙定位准确,可为临床提供患牙全面的信息,对患者手术入路选择以及方案制定有重大指导价值。 Objective to analyze the value of cone beam Ct in the positioning and clinical treatment of mandibular embedded and impacted teeth. Methods the clinical data of 37 patients with mandibular embedded and impacted teeth treated in our hospital from June 2016 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and collected. the surgical plan was developed and all patients were treated after the detection of cone beam Ct. Observe the images of the patients, understand the crown position, morphological imaging and intraoperative conformity of the mandibular embedded and impacted teeth, and patients were followed up for 1 year to record the correction results of the patients. Results In the 37 patients with mandibular embedded and impacted teeth, there were 48 teeth, 27 cases of which were embedded and impacted teeth(31 teeth) and 10 cases were embedded supernumerary teeth(17 teeth). the coincidence rate of cone beam Ct examination with intraoperative result was 97.91%, and the coincidence rate of periapical film was 81.25%(P<0.05). the operation was successful in all patients. the follow-up examination was performed 1 year later. X-ray examination showed that the periodontal tissue was normal, and there was no obvious absorption in the tooth root and alveolar bone. the patients with tooth extraction recovered well after surgery and fixed correction. Conclusion Cone beam Ct is accurate in positioning mandibular embedded and impacted teeth, which can provide comprehensive information for affected teeth in clinical practice, and it has great reference value for selection of patients’ surgical approach and plan formulation.
