肺癌患者MSCT影像学征象与血清肿瘤因子相关性及诊断价值分析

Correlation between MSCT Imaging Signs and Serum Tumor Factors in Patients with Lung Cancerand Its Diagnostic Value

目的 分析肺癌患者MSCT影像学征象与血清肿瘤因子相关性及诊断价值。方法 回顾分析本院2017年9月至2019年8月收治的66例肺癌患者的临床资料。所有患者进行MSCT检查和肿瘤因子检测。对所得MSCT图像进行分析,比较不同检查对肺癌诊断的敏感性和特异性,并分析MSCT影像学征象与血清肿瘤因子相关性。结果 在单独肿瘤因子检查中对肺癌诊断敏感性均不高,但有着较高的特异性,而MSCT检查敏感性高于单独肿瘤因子检查;MSCT+LTA+NSE+CEA联合诊断敏感性和特异性高于四者单独检查(P<0.05)。经t检验结果分析:血清肿瘤因子LTA、NSE、CEA与MSCT征象“毛刺”征、“空泡”征、结节性质、胸膜“凹陷”征、支气管“截断”征、胸腔积液无明显相关性(P>0.05);LTA与淋巴结转移之间有较好相关性(P<0.05)。结论 肺癌患者MSCT影像学征象与血清肿瘤因子存在相关性,两者联合检测可提高对肺癌诊断率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the correlation between MSCT imaging signs and serum tumor factors in patients with lung cancerand its diagnostic value. Methods The clinical data of 66 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent MSCT and tumor factor testing. The MSCT images were analyzed to compare the sensitivity and specificity of different examinations in the diagnosis of lung cancer, and to analyze the correlation between MSCT imaging signs and serum tumor factors. Results The sensitivity of the tumor factor test alone is not high in the diagnosis of lung cancer, but it has higher specificity,and the sensitivity of MSCT is higher than that of tumor factor alone. The sensitivity and specificity of MSCT+LTA+NSE+CEA were higher than those of the four test alone(P<0.05). The results of t-test showed that there was no significant correlation between serum tumor factor LTA, NSE, CEA and MSCT signs, blur signs,vocule sign, nodule natures, pleural indentation, bronchial truncation, and pleural effusion(P>0.05). There was a good correlation between LTA and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The MSCT imaging signs of patients with lung cancer are related to serum tumor factors.The combined detection of them can improve the diagnostic accuracy of lung cancer, it is worthy of clinical application.
