摘要
目的 探讨多层螺旋CT重建在早期肺癌检查中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年7月收治入院的疑似早期肺癌的120例患者作为研究对象,分别实行多层螺旋CT重建与胸部X线检查,对两种检查的结果进行比较。结果 本研究中120例疑似早期肺癌患者经病理检查结果显示早期肺癌90例,其中周围型肺癌44例,中央型肺癌46例;另外,肺部疾病30例,其中肺结核5例,肺部感染9例,其他16例为恶性肿瘤;多层螺旋CT重建检查的敏感度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT重建检查的准确率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与良性疾病比较,早期肺癌“空泡”征、空洞、卫星灶、“毛刺”征、血管“集束”征、“分叶”征与光滑的表现率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT重建技术对早期肺癌的诊断具有较高的临床价值,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction in early lung cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with suspected early lung cancer admitted to hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects. The results of MSCT and CHEST X-ray examination were compared respectively. Results In this study, 90 cases of suspected early lung cancer were detected by pathological examination, including 44 cases of peripheral lung cancer and 46 cases of central lung cancer. In addition, there were 30 cases of pulmonary disease, including 5 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, 9 cases of pulmonary infection, and 16 cases of malignant tumor.The sensitivity of MSCT reconstruction was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The accuracy of MSCT reconstruction was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with benign diseases,early lung cancer had higher expression rates of vacuole, cavity, satellite foci, burr, vascular cluster,lobulation and smoothness, statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion MSCT reconstruction has high clinical value in the diagnosis of early lung cancer, and is worth promoting.
