河南省农业高质量发展评价研究

Evaluation Reserch on Agricultural High-Quality Development in Henan Province

基于质量与效益两个价值取向构建了农业高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵权法对河南省农业高质量发展水平进行测评。结果表明,河南省农业高质量发展水平呈加速上升趋势,河南省18个地市农业高质量发展水平存在较大的差异。河南省应加大科技创新投入;推进三产融合,优化产业结构;增加农村居民的可支配收入,增加农业收益;同时优化资源配置,推进河南省各地市农业高质量均衡发展。

Based on the two value orientations of quality and benefit,the evaluation index system of agricultural high-quality development was constructed.The agriculture high-quality development level in Henan province was evaluated based on entropy weight method.The results showed that the agricultural high-quality development level in Henan province was accelerating upward trend.There are great differences in agricultural high-quality development level of 18 cities in Henan Province.Henan province should increase investment in scientific and technological innovation;Promote the integration of the three industries and optimize the industrial structure;Increase the disposable income of rural residents and increase agricultural income;At the same time,optimize the allocation of resources to promote the high-quality and balanced development of agriculture in various cities in Henan Province.
