摘要
通过对400名地方高校硕士研究生的问卷调查,发现硕士研究生专业认同呈中等程度,四个维度得分为专业行为>专业适切>专业认知>专业情感,在年级、学位类型、录取方式和工作经历方面,硕士研究生的专业认同差异显著,前景因素是影响专业认同的首要因素。为了提高硕士研究生的专业认同,学生要慎重选择研究生专业,提高学习能力;高校要优化课程设置,提高教学质量,开展职业生涯规划教育,加强导师队伍建设;社会各界要增强硕士研究生的专业认可度,缓解硕士研究生就业压力。
Through the questionnaire survey of 400 graduate students in provincial colleges and universities,it is understood that the professional identity of graduate students is medium,and the scores of the four dimensions are professional behavior>professional appropriateness>professional cognition>professional emotion.In terms of grade,degree type,admission method and work experience,the professional identity of graduate students is significantly different,and the prospect factor is the primary factor affecting professional identity.In order to improve the professional identity of postgraduates,students should carefully choose their majors and improve their learning ability.Colleges and universities should optimize the curriculum,improve the teaching quality,carry out career planning education and strengthen the construction of tutors.All sectors of society should enhance the professional recognition of postgraduates and alleviate the employment pressure of postgraduates.
