糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对季节性变应性鼻炎重度鼻塞的疗效

Effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray on moderate and severe nasal obstruction in seasonal allergic rhinitis

目的探讨糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗季节性变应性鼻炎伴有重度鼻塞临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月—2020年4月我院收治季节性变应性鼻炎伴有重度鼻塞患者64例实施研究,用随机分组表法将患者分为常规组和干预组比较两组患者疗效、鼻部症状改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果干预组患者治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(96.88%vs.81.25%),P>0.05。治疗前,两组患者鼻塞、喷嚏、鼻涕症状评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周,相对治疗前,两组鼻塞、喷嚏、鼻涕症状评分显著降低,但干预组下降程度更显著(P>0.05)。治疗2周期间,两组相关不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂在季节性变异性鼻炎伴重度鼻塞患者中治疗可协助改善患者鼻部症状、提高临床疗效,且不增加相关药物不良反应发生率,有显著临床疗效和较高用药安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis with severe nasal obstruction.Methods 64 cases of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis accompanied bysevere nasal obstruction admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected for the study.Patients were divided into routine group and intervention group by random group table method to compare the efficacy,improvement of nasal symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in intervention group was significantly higher than that in conventional group(96.88%vs.81.25%),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in nasal congestion,sneezing and nasal discharge symptom scores in 2 groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the symptom scores of nasal congestion,sneezing and nasal discharge in both groups were significantly decreased,but the decrease degree in the intervention group was more significant(P<0.05).During 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of related adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray can improve nasal symptoms and clinical efficacy in patients with seasonal variant rhinitis with severe nasal obstruction,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and has significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
