基于炎症信号通路生物碱治疗神经病理性疼痛

Treatment of neuropathic pain with alkaloids based on inflammatory signaling pathways

摘要 通过文献检索总结生物碱通过炎症相关信号传导通路参与神经病理性疼痛治疗机制的研究进展,为生物碱对神经病理性疼痛的治疗及机制的研究奠定基础。生物碱可通过多种途径对炎性疼痛进行治疗,其机制主要是基于调节炎症信号通路,参与抗炎抗氧化、改善离子通道、影响胶质细胞的生理功能。 Through literature search,the progress of alkaloids involved in the treatment mechanism of neuropathic pain through inflammation-related signal transduction pathway was summarized,laying a foundation for the treatment and mechanism of neuropathic pain by alkaloids.Alkaloids can treat inflammatory pain in a variety of ways,and their mechanisms are mainly based on regulating inflammatory signal pathways,participating in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities,improving ion channels,and affecting the physiological functions of glial cells.
