摘要
目的比较人工膝关节与髋关节置换术后患者体温差异。方法采用医学样本勘验对比法选取2019—2019年间我院骨关节外科病区收治的100例人工膝关节与膝髋关节置换术后患者,依照关节术方法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组使用人工膝关节置换术,观察组使用髋关节置换术。观察两组患者体温差异。结果观察组术后24h、术后2周、术后1个月体温观察组低于对照组[(37.5±0.2)、(36.9±0.1)、(36.5±0.1)]VS[(38.2±0.1)、(37.8±0.2)、(37.5±0.2)]℃,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节置换术后体温比髋关节置换术更高,强化在术后患者中加强管理,可收到良好的防范感染效果。
Objective To study the difference in body temperature between artificial knee joint and hip joint replacement.Methods Using medical sample investigation and comparison method,100 cases of knee and hip replacement patients admitted to our hospital’s orthopedic and joint surgery ward from September 2019 to November 2019 were selected.According to the differences in the treatment methods of joint replacement surgery,100 patients were divided equally into two groups,with control using artificial knee joint surgery and observation group hip replacement surgery,respectively.To observe the difference in body temperature between the two groups.Results The body temperature of the observation group was lower than that of the control group[(37.5±0.2),(36.9±0.1),(36.5±0.1)]VS[(38.2±0.1),(37.8±0.2),(37.5±0.2)]℃ at 24h,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive rehabilitation training combined with electro acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the diaphragm function of patients.The duration of mechanical ventilation,incidence of pulmonary infection and length of hospital stay were reduced.
