腹腔镜治疗胃溃疡穿孔的手术方式及疗效评价

Surgical methods and clinical evaluation of laparoscopic therapy for perforation of gastric ulcer

目的针对性评估分析胃溃疡穿孔患者接受腹腔镜治疗后的临床效果。方法将2017—2019年间收治的胃溃疡穿孔患者98例为研究对象,按照手术方式均分成两组。对照组患者接受传统的开腹手术治疗方案,研究组患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗方案。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组术中出血量、住院时间分别为(24.38±5.13)ml、(90.34±11.28)d均低于对照组的(121.46±26.34)ml、(52.18±5.21)d,组间数据差异明显,具有统计学价值(P<0.05)。研究组的手术时间为(90.34±11.28)min,对照组为(52.18±5.21)min,手术时间长于对照组,具有统计学价值(t=123.42,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗胃溃疡穿孔手术创伤小,缩短住院时间。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment for gastric ulcer perforation.Methods ninety-eight patients with gastric ulcer perforation admitted from 2017 to 2019 were divided into two groups according to surgical methods.Patients in the control group received conventional open surgery,and patients in the study group received laparoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay in the study group were(24.38±5.13)mL and(90.34±11.28)d,respectively,lower than those in the control group(121.46±26.34)mL and(52.18±5.21)d,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was(90.34±11.28)min,and that of the control group was(52.18±5.21)min,which was longer than that of the control group(t=123.42,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of gastric ulcer perforation has less trauma and shorter hospital stay.
