无托槽隐形矫治器与固定矫治器在口腔正畸的临床疗效对比

Comparison of the clinicd effect of invisible appliance without bracket and fixed appliance in orthodontic treatment

目的分析口腔治疗中不同矫治器的效果。方法以2020—2021年间收治的108例口腔正畸患者为样本,均分为隐形组和固定组。隐形组使用无托槽隐形矫治器,固定组使用固定矫治器。记录两组牙周指数,统计有效性。结果治疗前牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数两组相近(P>0.05)。治疗后牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数均有升高情况,隐形组比固定组低(P<0.05)。正畸有效性隐形组(98%)比固定组(85%)高(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治器达到的有效性好,能维持良好的正畸效果,且能减少对牙周的影响。

Objective To analyze the effect of different appliance in oral treatment.Methods A sample of 108 orthodontic patients admitted between 2020 to 2021 were divided into invisible and fixed groups.Ininvisible group uses holless invisible appliance and fixed appliance is used in the fixed group.Periodontal index was recorded in both groups,with statistical validity.Results The gingival index and gingival groove hemorrhage index were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the gingival index and the gingival groove hemorrhage index all increased,and the invisible group was lower than the fixed group(P<0.05).The invisible group(98%)was higher than the fixed group(85%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The invisible appliance achieves good effectiveness,can maintain good orthodontic effect,and can reduce the effect on periodontal treatment.
