欣母沛联合米索前列醇治疗产后出血的有效性分析

Efficacy analysis of new mothers combined with misoprostol for postpartum bleeding

目的探讨欣母沛联合米索前列醇治疗产后出血(PB)的有效性分析。方法选取2019—2020年间于我院的PB患者82例,随机均分为两组。对照组应用米索前列醇治疗,研究组欣母沛联合米索前列醇治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组不良反应发生、子宫切除、产后输血、失血性休克、产后贫血情况均低于对照组,分别为2%:5%、7%:20%、0:4%、0:2%、2%:20%、2%:5%(P<0.05);研究组产后2、4 h出血量均低于对照组,分别为(200.10±28.35)ml:(245.36±29.52)ml、(258.81±28.69)ml:(288.45±30.72)ml(P<0.05)。结论PB应用米索前列醇+欣母沛治疗比单纯米索前列醇治疗可有效降低患者的不良反应发生率、PB量等,并提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Hemabate combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum bleeding.Methods 82 patients from 2019 to 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Misoprostol,and the study group was treated with Hemabate combined with Misoprostol.Comparing the treatment effects between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions,postpartum bleeding,hysterectomy,postpartum blood transfusion,hemorrhagic shock,and postpartum anemia were all lower than those in the control group,they were 2%vs.5%,7%vs.20%,0 vs.4%,0vs.2%,2%vs.20%and 2%vs.5%(P<0.05).The study group had lower postpartum bleeding at 2 and 4 h than in the control group,they were(200.10±28.35)mL vs.(245.36±29.52)mL and(258.81±28.69)mL vs.(288.45±30.72)mL(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion Postpartum bleeding treated with Hemabate combined with Misoprostol can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and postpartum bleeding and improve the treatment effect than Misoprostol alone.
