重复经颅磁刺激对重度抑郁患者认知功能及视空间工作记忆的影响

Effect of repeated rTMS on cognitive function and visual spatial working memory in severe depressed patients

摘要 目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对重度抑郁患者认知功能及视空间工作记忆的影响。方法以2018—2021年间80例重度抑郁患者为对象,盲选法均分为观察组与对照组。对照组接受草酸艾司西酞普兰联合伪磁刺激,观察组接受草酸艾司西酞普兰联合rTMS。对比两组认知功能及视空间工作记忆。结果两组治疗后视空间工作记忆、词汇流畅性测验评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组威斯康星卡片分类测验的持续错误评分降低,随机错误、完成分类评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论rTMS与草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗重度抑郁症的疗效理想,可减轻患者的抑郁症状,改善患者在分类、数字广度及词汇流畅性等方面的认知功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on cognitive function and visual spatial working memory in severe depressive patients.Methods Eighty severely depressed patients were targeted from 2018 to 2021.Blind selection was all divided equally into observation and control groups.The control group received oxcitalopram with pseudomagnetic stimulation and the observation group received escitalopram with oxalate with rTMS.Comparing the two groups of cognitive function and visual spatial working memory.Results Higher visual spatial working memory,vocabulary fluency test scores occurred after treatment,and observations were higher than control groups(P<0.05).Lower persistent error scores for the two Wisconsin card classification test groups,higher random error,higher completion classification scores,and higher observed groups than controls(P<0.05).The 17 Hamilton depression scale score was reduced after both groups,and the observed group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ideal efficacy of rTMS and escitalopram oxalate in major depression can reduce their depressive symptoms and improve their cognitive function in classification,digital breadth and vocabulary fluency.
