泡沫敷料预防颈托固定患者发生医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的效果分析

Effect analysis of foam dressing to prevent medical device-related stress injury in patients with neck support fixation

目的探究颈托固定患者采用泡沫敷料预防医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的效果。方法抽取2018—2020年间我院骨科佩戴颈托患者156例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序并结合组间匹配原则均分为水胶体组和泡沫组。水胶体组患者采用水胶体敷料保护颈托接触处皮肤,泡沫组患者采用泡沫敷料保护颈托接触处皮肤,对比两组患者颈部及耳廓周围发生医疗器械相关压力损伤的情况、舒适度情况。结果泡沫组比水胶体组患者颈部及耳廓周围发生医疗器械相关压力损伤轻(P<0.05);泡沫组比水胶体组舒适度高(P<0.05)。结论r佩戴颈托患者使用泡沫敷料可以有效预防患者发生医疗器械相关性压力损伤,改善患者心理状态。

Objective To explore the effect of foam dressing in order to prevent the occurrence of medical device-related pressure injury in patients with cervical brace fixation.Methods From 2018 to 2020,156 patients who wore neck braces in the department of orthopaedics of our hospital were selected as the research object.Patients were divided into hydrocolloid group and foam group according to the order of admission and the principle of matching between groups,with 78 patients in each group.All patients were wearing neck pads.The hydrocolloid group used hydrocolloid dressing to protect the skin at the contact of neck pads,while the foam group used foam dressing to protect the skin at the contact of neck pads.The situation and comfort of pressure injuries related to medical devices around the neck and auricle of the two groups were compared.Results The pressure injury caused by medical instruments around the neck and auricle of patients in foam group was mild,while that in hydrocolloid group was more serious,with significant difference(P<0.05).The wearing comfort of foam group was higher than that of hydrocolloid group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients wearing neck brace,foam dressing can effectively prevent the occurrence of medical device-related pressure injury,improve their psychological state.
