新疆住培基地内科教学满意度及影响因素调查

Study on internal medicine teaching satisfaction and influencing factors of housing and training bases in Xinjiang

目的探讨新疆不同地区住培基地的住培学员对住培制度、内科教学内容等满意度的差异及影响住培满度的因素,为完善新疆住培工作提供理论依据。方法对新疆6所三甲医院住培基地进行内科教学满意度调查及学员自我评价进行问卷调查。结果内科住培的总体满意率为52.6%,新疆规范化培训满意度总体为中等水平。乌鲁木齐医院住培、支持住院医师规培政策、带教老师水平好、带教医院教学硬件设施好的更容易对内科住培教学模式满意。结论要加强新疆地州住培基地的基础建设,增加对住培相关政策的解读,加强师资队伍建设,提升师资培训水平。

Objective To analyze the satisfaction and internal training system and the factors affecting the satisfaction of the training,to provide a theoretical basis for improving the housing and training work in Xinjiang.Methods Through the analysis of medical teaching satisfaction survey and student self-evaluation of the capital and northern Xinjiang.Results The overall satisfaction rate of medical residential training was 52.6%,indicating that the overall satisfaction rate of standardized training in Xinjiang was at the medium level.It is easier to be satisfied with the teaching mode of medical residential training in Urumqi Hospital,supporting the level of teachers with the teaching hardware facilities of the teaching hospital.Conclusion To strengthen the infrastructure construction of Xinjiang housing training base,increase the interpretation of housing training policies,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the teacher training level,adopt diversified teaching methods and pay attention to the clinical practice of students.
