穴位按摩联合中医定向透药治疗仪对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的疗效

Effect of acupoint massage and traditional Chinese medicine targeted transmission therapy in patients with attepase thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke

目的探讨穴位按摩联合中医定向治疗仪对急性缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者的疗效。方法选取2020—2021年间我院诊治患者30例,随机分成实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理加穴位按摩,实验组采用常规护理加用穴位按摩联合中医定向透药治疗仪治疗干预两周。比较两组总有效率、NIHSS评分、Barthel评分。结果实验组总有效率为93%,对照组为80%(P<0.01);NIHSS评分、Barthel评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合中医定向透药治疗仪可有效改善急性缺血性脑卒中阿替普酶溶栓后偏瘫程度,方法安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with TCM directional therapeutic instrument on acute ischemic stroke patients with alteplase.Methods From 2020 to 2021,30 patients with Hemiplegia after intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase were diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke were enrolled.The Control Group(15cases)was treated with routine nursing and acupoint massage.The experimental group(15 cases)was treated with routine nursing plus acupoint massage combined with TCM directional drug delivery therapy for two weeks.Total efficiency,NIHSS score,and Barthel score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93% in the experimental group and 80% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the improvement of NIHSS and Barthel score in the experimental group was better than that in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine through-drug therapeutic apparatus can effectively improve the degree of Hemiplegia after thrombolysis with atteplase in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
