多层螺旋CT和胸部平片诊断水痘性肺炎效果

Diagnosis effect of varicella pneumonia by multilayer spiral CT and chest flat tablet

目的分析多层螺旋CT和胸部平片在水痘性肺炎中的诊断效果。方法2012—2019年间166例水痘患者中并发原发性水痘肺炎18例,均采用多层螺旋CT和胸部平片进行检查。以病理检查结果为金标准,对两种检查方法的诊断效能进行比较。结果病理检查显示166例患者中阳性18例,阴性148例。多层螺旋CT检查显示真阳性18例,真阴性146例,误诊2例,漏诊0例;胸部平片检查显示真阳性12例,真阴性138例,误诊10例,漏诊6例。多层螺旋CT检查的敏感性、特异性及诊断准确率明显高于胸部平片检查,误诊率、漏诊率明显低于胸部平片检查(P<0.05)。结论采用多层螺旋CT对水痘性肺炎患者进行检查的敏感性和特异性较高,一定程度上降低了误诊或漏诊概率,有助于进一步提高诊断准确率。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis of spiral CT and chest tablet in varicella pneumonia.Methods 18 of 166 varicella patients between 2012 and 2019 were examined using multilayered spiral CT and flat chest tablets.The diagnostic efficacy of the two examination methods were compared using the results of pathological examination as the standard.Results Pathological examination showed that 18 out of 166 patients were positive and 148 were negative.The results of multilayer spiral CT showed 18 true positive,146 true negative,2 misdiagnosed and 0 missed;chest flat showed 12 true positive,138 true negative,10 misdiagnosed and 6 missed.The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy of multi-layer spiral CT examination were significantly higher than that of chest flat film examination,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were significantly lower than that of chest plain film examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The high sensitivity and specificity of patients with varicella pneumonia reduce the probability of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis and can further improve the diagnostic accuracy.
