摘要
目的分析沟通技巧应用于门诊分诊导诊的效果。方法选择本院门诊分诊导诊在实施沟通技巧前1年(300例设为参照组)、后1年(300例设为实验组)的医疗纠纷事件记录作为研究依据,分别对比沟通技巧实施前后的医患纠纷事件发生情况。结果实施沟通技巧后疗纠纷事件发生率实验组低于参照组(4.0%:10.3%,P<0.05),同时健康教育、护理环境、护士态度等护理质量评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对尿毒症患者实施高通量血液透析的价值较高,可推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of communication skills applied in outpatient triage and guidance.Methods The records of medical disputes in 1 year before the implementation of communication skills,300 patients(the reference group)and 1 year later(300 patients in the experimental group)were selected as the research basis to compare the occurrence of doctor-patient dispute events before and after the implementation of communication skills.Results The incidence of treatment dispute events after communication skills was lower than the reference group(4.0%:10.3%,P<0.05),and the nursing quality scores of health education,nursing environment and nurse attitude were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing communication skills in outpatient triage guidance can significantly reduce the occurrence of outpatient medical disputes and improve the quality of clinical care.
