品管圈在提高外科医生对手术室护理工作满意度的效果

Application effect of quality control circle in improving surgeons’satisfaction with nursing in operating room

目的分析品管圈的应用在提高外科医生对手术室护理满意度的效果。方法选取8名护士作为圈员于2020年2月成立品管圈活动小组。选择2021年125例手术患者为研究对象,3月1日至5月10日间手术患者为对照组;6月1日至8月31日间手术患者为观察组。采用手术医师对手术室护士满意度调查表和护理质量查检表,分析外科医生对护理满意度的改变。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(98.4%:85.5%,P<0.05),护理差错率及术后感染率低于对照组(P<0.05),手术用品准备完全率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈的实施可有效提高外科医生对手术室护理工作的满意度,同时减少护理差错率及感染率。

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of quality control circle in improving surgeons’satisfaction with nursing in the operating room.Methods Eight nurses were selected as circle members,and a quality control circle activity group was established in February 2020.A total of 125 operations from 2020 were selected as the research object,and the operation patients from May 20 to May 10 were selected as the control group.The patients who underwent surgery from June 1,to August 31 were the observation group.The changes of surgens’satisfaction with nursing were analyzed by using the questionnaire of surgeons’satisfaction with nurses in the operating room and the checklist of nursing quality.Results Compared with the two groups,the satisfaction of doctors in the control group was 85.5%,and that in the observation group was 98.4%.The observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing error rate and postoperative infection rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the complete preparation rate of surgical supplies was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle can effectively improve the surgen’s satisfaction with the nursing work in the operating room,reduce the nursing error rate and infection rate.
