人流术后关爱对再次流产率的影响

Effect of post-abortion care service on postoperative reabortion rate

目的浅析女性实施流产后关爱服务对再次流产率的影响。方法选入2019—2020年间在本院实施人流术的140例女性,在平行对照法基础上将其均分成试验组和常规组。试验组实施流产后关爱服务,对照组常规流产服务,比较两组服务效果和再次流产率。结果试验组正确使用避孕方法率77.1%,坚持正确使用避孕方法率65.7%,分别高于常规组的30.0%、17.1(P<0.001)。试验组再次流产率1.4%,低于常规组的10.0%(P<0.05)。试验组重复流产危害、避孕知识认知评分高于常规组(P<0.001)。结论人流术女性实施关爱服务能提高避孕和重复流产相关知识认知度,有效降低再次流产率。

Objective To analyze the impact of post-abortion care services on the rate of re-abortion after operation.Methods A total of 140 subjects were selected for this study.They were all women who performed abortion in our hospital from 2019 to 2020.Based on the parallel control method,they were divided into experimental group and routine group,with 70 per group.We implemented post-abortion care services and routine abortion services respectively,and compared service effects and re-abortion rates.Results The rate of women in the experimental group using contraceptive methods correctly was 77.1%,and the rate of using contraceptive methods correctly was 65.7%,which were higher than 30.0% and 17.1% in the routine group,respectively(P<0.001).The rate of re-abortion among women in the experimental group was 1.4%,which was lower than 10.0% of the routine group(P=0.05).The females in the test group had higher repetitive miscarriage hazards and contraceptive knowledge cognitive scores than the routine group(P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of post-abortion care services for women undergoing abortion can improve the knowledge of contraception and repeated abortion,and effectively reduce the rate of re-abortion.It is worthy of popularization.
