摘要
目的讨论耳鼻喉内镜检查中以人文关怀的价值。方法收集2020—2021年间海军第971医院耳鼻喉内镜检查患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组常态护理,研究组则增加人文关怀,比较两组的配合度、护理感受。结果研究组检查配合度为87.5%,对照组的配合度为62.5%,研究组的检查配合度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意感为95%,对照组护理满意感为70%,护理满意感也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉内镜检查中以人文关怀的效果良好,可保障患者检查时的配合度,同时也能使患者对其服务更为满意,值得肯定。
Objective To discuss the value of humanistic care in endoscopy of ear,nose and throat.Methods From 2020 to 2021,80 patients with otorhinolaryngological endoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases).The control group was given normal nursing,while the research group was given humanistic care,and the coordination degree and nursing experience of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of coordination in the study group is 87.5%,the degree of coordination in the control group is 62.5%.The degree of coordination in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group is 95%,the nursing satisfaction in the control group is 70%,the nursing satisfaction was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care has a good effect in otorhinolaryngological endoscopy,which can guarantee the cooperation degree of patients during examination and make patients more satisfied with the service,which is worthy of affirmation.
