优质护理模式在严重创伤失血性休克患者效果分析

Effect analysis of quality care mode in patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock

目的研究急诊严重创伤失血性休克患者接受优质护理模式后对抢救效果的影响。方法选择我院急诊科2018—2020年间收治的50例严重创伤失血性休克患者进行研究,将患者分为甲组(25例常规急诊护理)与乙组(25例优质急诊护理),比较两种急诊护理效果。结果乙组患者住院指标优于甲组(P<0.05)、抢救成功率高于甲组(P<0.05),时间指标优于甲组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论严重创伤失血性休克需要采取优质急诊护理措施,提升抢救成功率,挽救患者生命,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To study the effect of patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock on quality care mode.Methods 50 patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock from 2018 to 2020 were selected.Patients were divided into group A(25 routine emergency care)and group B(25 quality emergency care)to compare the two emergency care effects.Results The hospitalization index of group B patients was better than group A(P<0.05),the rescue success rate was higher than group A(P<0.05),the time index was better than group A(P<0.05),and the complication rate was lower than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock requiring high-quality emergency care measures to improve the success rate of rescue,save patients′lives and reduce the incidence of complications.
