中毒洗胃中应用舒适护理有效性研究

Study on the effectiveness of applied comfort care in emergency poisoning

目的探究舒适护理方法应用在急诊中毒洗胃的应用有效性。方法将2019—2021年间院急诊科接诊的70例中毒洗胃患者依据随机数字表法均分为实验组和参照组。实验组接受舒适护理方法,参照组接受常规护理干预。比较两组护理前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、不良反应发生情况以及护理满意度。结果焦虑评分、抑郁评分不良反应实验组均低于参照组(P<0.05),护理满意度实验组较参照组更高(97%:74%,P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理方法应用到急诊中毒洗胃护理中,患者不良情绪明显改善,降低不良反应发生率,护理满意度有较大幅度的提升。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of comfortable nursing method in emergency poisoning gastric washing care.Methods The 70 patients treated in the emergency department from 2019 to 2021 were divided equally into experimental and reference groups according to the randomized digital table method.Anxiety scores,anxiety scores,depression scores,adverse reactions and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety scores,depression scores,and adverse reactions experimental groups were all lower than the reference group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction experimental group was higher than the reference group(97%vs.74%,P<0.05).Conclusion Apply comfortable nursing method to emergency poisoning gastric washing care,patients have improved bad mood,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve nursing satisfaction.
