疼痛护理管理模式在创伤骨科的应用效果

To explore the application effect of pain care management mode in trauma orthopedic ward

目的分析创伤骨科病房中疼痛护理管理模式的应用效果。方法选择2020—2021年间我院创伤骨科收治的患者40例为对象,按护理管理模式均分为两组。比较两组患者应用效果。结果观察组患者应用效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后VAS评分均有所降低且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为65.0%、观察组为90.0%,相关数据对比发现,观察组优于对照组(90.0%:65.0%,P<0.05)。结论在创伤骨科病房患者中采取疼痛护理管理模式可提高患者应用效果,改善VAS评分。

Objective To analyze the application effect of pain care management mode in trauma orthopedic ward.Methods 40 patients in trauma orthopedics from 2020 to 2021 were divided into two groups according to nursing management mode.Application effect were compared between the two groups.Results The observed group applied significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had reduced VAS scores after care and were observed group lower than controls(P<0.05).With total efficiency of 65.0% and 90.0%,comparing the relevant data outperformed the control group(90.0%vs 65.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Pain care management mode in patients can improve patient application and VAS score.
