围手术期综合护理对患者满意度、舒适度的影响

Effect of perioperative comprehensive care on patient satisfaction and comfort

目的探究围手术期综合护理在椎体压缩性骨折手术患者的满意度及舒适度。方法将2019—2020年间本院收治的50例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者依据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。实验组接受围手术期综合护理,参照组接受常规护理干预。比较两组护理前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度以及舒适度。结果实验组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均优于参照组(P<0.05),实验组护理满意度高于参照组(96%:60%,P<0.05),实验组舒适度好于参照组(96%:52%,P<0.05)。结论对于骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折手术患者,实施围手术期综合护理能够缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高手术成功率、护理满意度及舒适度。

Objective To explore the satisfaction and comfort of patients with vertebral compression fracture.Methods The 50 patients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture admitted between 2019 to 2020 were divided into experimental and control groups according to the randomized digital table method.The experimental group received perioperative integrated care,and the reference group received routine care intervention.Anxiety scores,anxiety scores,depression scores,care satisfaction and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results Post-nursing anxiety and depression scores were better than the reference group(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction experiment was higher than the reference group(96%:60%,P<0.05),and comfort experiment was better than the reference group(96%:52%,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture surgery,the perioperative comprehensive nursing method can relieve the anxiety and depression,and improve the surgical success rate,nursing satisfaction and comfort.
