手术室优质护理在预防切口感染中应用

Application of quality care in prevention of incision infection

目的分析手术室优质护理在预防全膝关节置换术后切口感染中的应用效果。方法2019—2021年我院接受治疗的74例全膝关节置换术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法均分为常规护理组和优质护理组,比较两组患者在术后发生并发症的概率、其对于护理服务的评分以及切口的愈合率。结果与常规护理组的患者相比,优质护理组患者在术后的并发症发生率明显更低,且对手术室护理服务的评分及术后切口的愈合率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论手术室优质护理对全膝关节置换术患者实施干预能有效降低术后发生切口感染的概率,同时能够提高患者的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of quality care in the prevention of incision infection after total knee replacement.Methods The 74 patients with total knee replacement in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were divided into routine nursing group to compare the probability of postoperative complications,their scores for nursing services and the healing rate of the incision.Results Patients in the quality care group had significantly higher scores of the operating room care services and the surgical incision(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention in patients can effectively reduce the probability of postoperative incision infection and improve patient satisfaction.
