整体护理在脊柱骨折围手术期的应用

Application of holistic nursing in perioperative period of spinal fracture

目的分析对脊柱骨折围手术期的整体护理应用效果。方法选取2019—2020年间我院接收的96例脊柱骨折手术患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施整体护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果经过护理干预,观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱骨折患者围手术期进行整体护理,能够明显减少并发症的出现,保证治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative holistic nursing of spinal fracture.Methods 96 patients with spinal fracture surgery received by our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,48 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the control group,and holistic nursing was carried out in the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing in the perioperative period of spinal fracture patients can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications,ensure the therapeutic effect.
