胸腰段脊柱骨折患者围手术期护理分析

Analysis of perioperative nursing care for patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture

目的分析胸腰段脊柱骨折患者围手术期护理情况。方法选取2018—2019年间我院收治的胸腰段脊柱骨折患者72例作为研究对象,均分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用围手术期优质护理,对照组应用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腰段脊柱骨折患者围手术期应用优质护理干预可以更好改善患者的病情,减少并发症率。

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing of patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture.Methods 72 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with perioperative quality nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the nursing effect was compared.Results The satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative quality nursing intervention of patients with thoracic and lumbar spine fractures can better improve the patients’condition and reduce the complication rate.
