摘要
目的探讨门诊采血室护理中应用人性化服务的价值。方法将我院门诊采血室于2019—2020年间接收的72例静脉采血患者作为研究对象,均分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用人性化服务,对照组应用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果护理满意度、抽血成功率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在门诊采血室护理中应用人性化服务具有良好的价值,有利于减少不良反应事件的发生,保障抽血成功率,有利于改善护理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of humanized services in the nursing of outpatient blood collection rooms.Methods The 72 patients receiving venous blood collection from the outpatient blood collection room of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group applied humanized services and the control group applied routine care.Compare the effect of care.Results In the comparison of nursing satisfaction and blood draw success rate,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);in the comparison of adverse event rates,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized services in the nursing of the outpatient blood collection room has good value,which is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of adverse events,ensure the success rate of blood collection,and is beneficial to improve nursing satisfaction.
