预见性护理干预对阴道分娩产后出血的影响

Influence of predictive nursing intervention on postpartum bleeding during vaginal delivery

目的探究预见性护理干预对阴道分娩产后出血的影响。方法针对院内2019—2020年间进行阴道分娩的产妇120例作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组则给予预见性护理,记载并观察相应数据。结果研究组产妇手术后2、12、24h出血量均好于对照组(P<0.05)。且研究组新生儿Apgar评分明显好于对照组(98.3%:80.0%,P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预可以充分降低阴道分娩产妇的产后出血,同时提升新生儿的各项指标与亲属的护理满意程度,值得临床广泛运用与推广。

Objective To explore the influence of predictive nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 120 cases of parturients who underwent vaginal delivery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine care,while the study group was given predictive care,and the corresponding data were recorded and observed.Results The maternal bleeding at 2h,12h and 24h after operation in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Apgar score of neonates in the study group was 98.3%,significantly better than that of the reference group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can fully reduce postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery,and improve the nursing satisfaction of newborn and relatives,which is worthy of widespread clinical application and promotion.
