护理干预对全脑血管造影术后并发症预防分析

Nursing intervention in the prevention of complications after total cerebrovascular angiography

目的分析护理干预对全脑血管造影术后并发症预防效果。方法选取2019—2020年间在我院接受全脑血管造影术的患者560例,均分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用优质护理,对照组应用常规护理比较两组护理结果。结果观察组的护理满意度为92.86%,明显高于对照组的77.14%。观察组的并发症发生率为7.1%,明显低于对照组的23.2%,观察组的神经功能评分(54.57±6.28)分,明显低于对照组的(82.19±5.91)分。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对全脑血管造影术后并发症预防具有良好的作用,能够明显降低患者术后并发症率,促进患者神经功能好转。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of complications after whole cerebral angiography.Methods A total of 560 patients who received whole cerebral angiography in our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given high-quality nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,77.14%.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.1%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 23.2%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has a good effect on the prevention of complications after whole cerebral angiography,which can significantly reduce the postoperative complication rate and promote the improvement of neurological function.
