综合护理在脑血管介入术围手术期患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing in perioperative patients with cerebrovascular interventional therapy

目的探究综合护理在脑血管介入书治疗围手术期的护理情况。方法选取2019—2020年间我院收治的脑血管介入术治疗围手术期患者128例,均分为观察组和对照组。观察组选用综合护理,对照组选用常规护理。比较两组患者护理效果。结果相较于对照组的(82.63±3.59)分,观察组的(96.42±2.81)分明显较高,t=5.485,P<0.05。观察组的并发症发生率为5.6%,明显比对照组的22.2%低,χ^(2)=7.5876,P<0.05。护理后,观察组的SAS为(33.28±2.29)分,SDS为(34.56±4.21)分,对照组SAS为(39.59±3.29)分,SDS为(41.48±3.54)分,差异显著,t=10.535,P<0.05。结论综合护理在脑血管介入术治疗围手术期患者中可以帮助改善护理满意度,减少并发症率,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the nursing situation of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of cerebrovascular interventional therapy.Methods A total of 128 perioperative patients treated by cerebrovascular interventional surgery in our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.Observation group selected comprehensive nursing,control group selected routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group(82.63±3.59)score,the observation group(96.42±2.81)score was significantly higher,t=5.485,P<0.05.The complication rate of the observation group was 5.6%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.2%)(χ^(2)=7.5876,P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS of the observation group were(33.28±2.29)and(34.56±4.21),while the SAS and SDS of the control group were(39.59±3.29)and(41.48±3.54),the difference was significant(t=10.535,P<0.05,).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce complication rate in perioperative patients treated by cerebrovascular interventional surgery,which has good application value.
