一对一全产程陪护在产房护理工作中应用价值

Clinical application value of one-to-one nursing quality care in delivery room nursing

目的探究一对一全产程陪护的优质护理在产房护理工作中的临床应用价值。方法将2020—2021年间我院收治的80例产妇作为研究对象,按照抽签方法随机均分为两组。常规组产妇给予常规护理,优质组产妇在常规护理基础上给予一对一全产程陪护的优质护理。对比两组情况。结果优质组产妇优质接产率高于常规组(P<0.05);优质组第1、2产程的时间,产后出血量、护理满意度均优于常规组(P<0.05);优质组产妇剖宫产、产后出血、新生儿窒息的发生低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论一对一全产程陪护的优质护理可明显提高优质接产率,缩短第1、2产程的时间、减少产后出血量、提高护理满意度、降低新生儿发生窒息的情况。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of one-to-one quality care in delivery room care.Methods The 80 women admitted in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the lottery method.The routine group is given regular care,and the high-quality group is given one-to-one full-labor nursing care on the basis of routine care.Compare the two groups conditions.Results The maternal delivery rate was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);the time,postpartum bleeding and nursing satisfaction were better than the conventional group(P<0.05);the occurrence of cesarean section,postpartum bleeding and neonatal asphyxia was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion One-to-one quality care can significantly improve the quality delivery rate,shorten the time of the first and second delivery period,reduce the postpartum bleeding volume,improve the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the situation of neonatal asphyxia.
