静脉用药调配中心常见护理风险及控制方法

目的总结静脉用药调配中心常见的的护理风险及控制方法。方法回顾分析2020年我院20名静脉药物输液情况、输液药物差错情况,分析产生差错的主要原因并提出相应的解决对策。结果静脉用药调配中心输液药物差错事件主要包括药物配置过程差错、医嘱录入错误、标签与剂量不同步、给药途径不当、排药过程差错等。工作人员年龄、职业、是否接受正规培训等是导致静脉药物差错事件产生的主要原因(P<0.05);不同类型工作人员在配药环节操作环节中的分值不同(P<0.05)。结论静脉用药调配中心护理人员的基本情况、配药缓解操作能力等对配药差错情况造成直接影响,而专职护士与接受专项培训的护士能有效减少输液配药差错事件。

Objective To summarize the common nursing risks and control methods in the work of intravenous drug allocation center.Methods Review the intravenous drug infusion and infusion drug error from 2020-2020 in 20 patients,analyze the main causes of the error and propose corresponding countermeasures.Results The infusion drug error events mainly include error in drug configuration process,wrong medical order input,miss ynchronization between label and dose,improper route of administration,error in drug discharge process,etc.Staff age,occupation,whether to receive formal training are the main causes of venous drug errors(P<0.05);different types of staff in the drug dispensing link operation remission scores differ(P<0.05).Conclusion The basic situation of the nursing staff and the operation ability of the intravenous dispensing center have a direct impact on the dispensing errors,while professional nurses and nurses receiving special training can effectively reduce the infusion dispensing error events.
