Experiential analysis of successful treatment of atypical ovarian insensitive syndrome cases

不敏感卵巢综合征又称卵巢抵抗综合征,主要临床表现为继发性、原发性闭经,但染色体核正常。临床对卵巢不敏感综合征的治疗仍存在一定的局限性。新兴的辅助生殖手段如DHEA、IVM及添加GH等均可帮助卵巢不敏感综合征患者解决生育问题,但需探讨一种更有效且更经济的治疗措施。

Insensitive ovarian syndrome,also known as ovarian resistance syndrome,is mainly clinically manifested as secondary and primary amenorrhea,but the chromosomal nucleus is normal.Clinical treatment of the syndrome with no ovarian sensitivity still has some limitations.Emerging assisted reproductive means such as DHEA,IVM and the addition of GH can help patients with ovarian insensitive syndrome,but a more effective and economical treatment needs to be explored.
