During the War of Liberation,significant progress was made in building grass-roots Party organizations of the CPC,which provided a strong organizational guarantee for the victory of the national revolution.Faced with the change of the central tasks of the Party and the revolutionary development,the CPC has further strengthened the unified leadership and organizational construction of the Party by improving the grass-roots Party organization system,purifying the ranks of primary Party organizations,and strengthening the system and discipline of primary Party organizations,thus winning the ultimate victory of the War of Liberation.A comprehensive investigation of the historical experience gained in the construction of the CPC grass-roots Party organizations during the War of Liberation is of great significance for advancing the great project of Party building in the new era.
