基于奥马哈系统的药学服务新理念在静脉药物调配中心的应用效果

Application effect of new concept of pharmaceutical service based on Omaha system in intravenous drug dispensing center

目的探讨基于奥马哈系统的药学服务新理念在静脉药物调配中心的应用效果。方法选取2019年9—12月本院内科、外科及妇产科在静脉药物调配中心接受药学服务的120例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组行常规用药服务,观察组使用基于奥马哈系统所构建的新理念药学服务,比较两组用药依从性、用药有效率、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药依从性及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排药时间、配置时间均短于对照组,差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于奥马哈系统提供静脉药物调配中心药学服务新理念可明显改善临床患者药学服务体验,降低配药差错率,进一步提高用药安全性及临床疗效。

Objective To explore the application effect of the new concept of pharmaceutical service based on Omaha system in intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods From September to December 2019,120 patients in the department of Internal Medicine,Surgery and Obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital who received pharmaceutical services in the intravenous drug dispensing center were selected as the research sub-jects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received rou-tine medication service,while the observation group used the new concept pharmaceutical service based on the Omaha system.The medication com-pliance,medication efficacy rate,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medica-tion compliance and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The medication dispensing time and configuration time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the error rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new concept of pro-viding intravenous drug dispensing center pharmaceutical services based on the Omaha system can significantly improve the pharmaceutical service experience of clinical patients,reduce the dispensing error rate,and further improve drug safety and clinical efficacy.
