保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用观察

The application of breast conserving surgery combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in the treatment of breast cancer patients

目的探讨保乳术联合前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)在乳腺癌患者治疗中的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年4月至2020年4月本院收治的98例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,将应用传统手术治疗的46例患者作为对照组,将应用保乳术+SLNB治疗的52例患者作为观察组。比较两组围术期指标及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、拔管时间及住院时间[(64.98±10.26)min、(3.42±1.17)d、(7.67±1.54)d],均短于对照组[(102.46±18.74)min、(6.38±2.25)d、(15.26±3.85)d],观察组术中出血量[(63.94±10.97)ml]少于对照组[(154.87±12.62)ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.85%,低于对照组的21.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者应用保乳术联合SLNB治疗能有效改善围术期指标,且并发症发生率较低,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of breast conserving surgery combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)in the treatment of breast cancer patients.Methods The clinical data of 98 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2020 were retrospec-tively analyzed,46 patients treated with traditional surgery were selected as the control group,and 52 patients treated with breast conserving surgery+SLNB were selected as an observation group.The perioperative indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,extubation time and hospital stay of the observation group([64.98±10.26]min,[3.42±1.17]d,[7.67±1.54]d),shorter than those of the control group([102.46±18.74]min,[6.38±2.25]d,[15.26±3.85]d),the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was([63.94±10.97]ml)was less than that in the control group([154.87±12.62]ml),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.85%,which was lower than 21.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast conserving surgery combined with SLNB therapy can effectively improve perioperative indicators in patients with breast cancer,with complication rate low and the safety is high.
