椎体后凸成形术与保守治疗在骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折治疗中的临床疗效

The clinical effect of kyphoplasty and conservative treatment in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的探究椎体后凸成形术与保守治疗对骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年10月本院收治的86例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=40)和实验组(n=46)。对照组采用保守治疗,实验组应用椎体后凸成形术治疗。比较两组椎体高度、Cobb角、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分。结果治疗后1个月,实验组椎体高度高于对照组,Cobb角小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周、1个月,实验组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,实验组腰椎JOA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效优于保守疗法,有助于减轻患者疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of kyphoplasty and conservative treatment in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods 86 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=46)according to different treatment.The control group was giv-en conservative treatment,the experimental group was treated with kyphoplasty,the vertebral body height,Cobb angle,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and lumbar Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)score were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the vertebral body height of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the Cobb angle was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);1 week and 1 month after treatment.the VAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);1 month after treatment,the lumbar spine JOA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clini-cal efficacy of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is better than that of conservative therapy,and it helps to relieve pain in patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
